Skip the hassle — we pick up, wash, dry, fold, and drop your laundry right back to your door. This service includes: • Doorstep pickup at your scheduled time • Wash, dry, and fold with care • Convenient delivery straight to you • Loyalty points you can earn towards free delivery Minimum of 15lbs of laundry required to book. We service within a 5km radius of our location. 💰 Deposit Required Same service as usual except a small booking deposit is required to secure your time slot. This deposit goes toward your final invoice, which is based on total laundry weight and any add-ons. Bookings with deposits are eligible for our 'Rinse & Repeat Rewards' loyalty points. 🎁 Earn Loyalty Points Every paid booking earns you 1 point. When you reach 5 points, you can redeem: • One free delivery, applicable during a future booking Points may take a few hours to show up. Policies
Pickup & Delivery Window: Please be ready during your selected pickup time. We’ll do our best to arrive on time, but a 15–30 minute window may apply due to traffic or weather. Weight-Based Pricing: Final pricing is based on the total weight of your laundry. Add-ons like stain treatment or special handling may incur additional fees. Payment: Payment is due after your laundry has been weighed and processed. You’ll receive a payment link or invoice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed Pickups: If no one is available during your scheduled time and no notice is given, a missed pickup fee may apply. Laundry Preparation: Please ensure all items are placed in a bag, sorted and labeled if necessary, and ready at the door. We do not sort through loose items or handle personal trash left in laundry bags. Delicate Items & Liability: While we do our best to care for every item, please remove anything delicate, sentimental, or non-washable. We are not responsible for damage to items not suitable for machine washing and drying.
