Service Description
Let us take laundry off your to-do list — we’ll pick it up, wash, dry, fold, and bring it right back to your door. This service includes: • Pickup at your selected time • Professional wash, dry & fold • Delivery back to your location Minimum of 15lbs of laundry required to book. We service within a 5km radius of our location. 💵 No deposit required to book. Final pricing is based on the weight of your laundry and any add-on services. You’ll receive your total after we process your order. This booking is not eligible for loyalty points. Please reach out to us if you are a commercial business, or if you have any other questions!
Policies
Pickup & Delivery Window: Please be ready during your selected pickup time. We’ll do our best to arrive on time, but a 15–30 minute window may apply due to traffic or weather. Weight-Based Pricing: Final pricing is based on the total weight of your laundry. Add-ons like stain treatment or special handling may incur additional fees. Payment: Payment is due after your laundry has been weighed and processed. You’ll receive a payment link or invoice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed Pickups: If no one is available during your scheduled time and no notice is given, a missed pickup fee may apply. Laundry Preparation: Please ensure all items are placed in a bag, sorted and labeled if necessary, and ready at the door. We do not sort through loose items or handle personal trash left in laundry bags. Delicate Items & Liability: While we do our best to care for every item, please remove anything delicate, sentimental, or non-washable. We are not responsible for damage to items not suitable for machine washing and drying.
